League of Arab States condemns Iranian attacks on Arab States en español

The General Secretariat of the League of Arab States strongly condemns the Iranian attacks and assaults against the State of Qatar, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It considers these missile attacks a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of states that advocate peace, have worked towards achieving stability, and have not participated in the war.

The General Secretariat expresses its full solidarity with the Arab states in confronting these attacks and affirms its support for any measures they may take to defend themselves and ensure the security of their peoples.
The General Secretariat stresses that Arab states have adopted clear positions regarding the Iranian crisis, rejecting military action against Tehran, and that Arab countries have exerted significant efforts towards mediation in order to avoid the escalation now being witnessed.
The General Secretariat warns of the grave dangers posed by the current situation in the region and calls upon all active parties in the international community to work towards de-escalation at the earliest opportunity, to spare the region the consequences of an expanding cycle of instability and violence, and to return to dialogue.
